- Must be a creative, relational, recruiting, delegating genius.
- Must be teachable, coachable and have a life-long desire to learn.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in children's ministry in the local church.
- In other words, we're looking for someone who can run with the ball and dunk it too... but still knows how to be a team player!
